Lifecycle Performance is often victim to shortcuts during Project Engineering design decisions, this simply as it is neglected as a discipline of its own nature.<\/p>\n

Too often, as we go live in operation, the Projects fail or struggle immensely to deliver as envisioned, primarily due to a failure to foresee those misperceptions and miscommunications inbetween the different phases of project execution from basis of design to operation via the detailed design phase. <\/p>\n

Taking it for granted that the vision will manifest 1:1 throughout the project phasing from Conceptual Design, Detailed Design, Construction and hand over to Operation holds the key to proactively identify future loss scenarios and to minimize or even eliminate most of those through the project cycle.<\/p>\n
