ANALYZE<\/span><\/strong>, is the minimalistic model. We analyze and present AS IS without implementation. ANALYZE includes an analysis of gap of aligning to the DEFRAGMENTOR model as this represents a change program.<\/em><\/p>

MANIFEST<\/span><\/span>\u00a0builds on ANALYZE and embed the agreed solution. Training and performance reviews are inclusive.<\/p>

EMBED<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0covers the ongoing followup inclusive of an asssement made in cooperation, reviewing past periods as well as maturing and embedding identified gaps of tools and processes.<\/p>

Monitor<\/strong>\u00a0covers the gradual “stepping away” as the transition becomes engrained in the Organisation. This is a Client specific deliverable.<\/p>
