EMBED covers the ongoing followup inclusive of an asssement made in cooperation, reviewing past periods as well as maturing and embedding identified gaps of tools and processes.
Monitor covers the gradual “stepping away” as the transition becomes engrained in the Organisation. This is a Client specific deliverable.
